GL622N dual-grade laser level
A rugged, sealed-housing, self-leveling laser level with automatic grade calculation of up to ± 25%. It can be used in a wide variety of grading, excavation, horizontal/vertical alignment (leveling) jobs. Suited to ordinary and specialized sites.
Two-way communication and new features
The GL622N grade laser level comes with the RC602N full-function radio remote control. With it you control new, advanced automatic functions – Grade Match (showing the existing grade), PlaneLok (plane locking) and automatic grade direction alignment. Like the level, the remote has an intuitive backlit graphic display (easy to read). With the remote you can do everything at distances up to 150 meters (by radio) or from the excavator cab. Note that grade changes made remotely often save a great deal of time and speed up all processes.
HL760 laser detector with radio link
Even the simplest package includes an HL760 detector, which expresses height or height differences as exact numbers and can be used at up to 460 meters. The wireless link between the HL760 detector and the level gives the system the Grade Matching function, which calculates the existing grade between two points (two points in the working area, using the detector, or between the level and the detector). For work requiring maximum stability and accuracy, PlaneLok (plane “locking”) is available when the rotating level works in both the horizontal and vertical plane. PlaneLok automatically locks the beam onto the receiver (detector) and always keeps it accurate (imagine how many errors can be avoided). This reduces typical factors – ambient temperature (refraction), vibration, weather, soft ground and the human factor – that cause errors in work results. In addition, the HL760 detector can communicate with another HL760 as a long-range wireless display for monitoring (repeated observations).
Withstands tough working conditions
The GL622N grade laser levels vertically, so it can be used for even more jobs, such as leveling foundation elements, anchor bolts, formwork, fences and plumbing barriers, and transferring a point from the floor to the ceiling or to another floor of a building. With its rugged, reliable housing design, the GL622N rotating grade laser level survives drops from a height of 1 meter, even onto concrete. The laser level meets IP67 – the moisture and dust sealing standard – so it withstands the harsh conditions of construction sites.
