By selecting goods or services and placing an order, you agree to the stated package contents, description and price. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us in the way that suits you. In the cart you can apply discount codes or promotion terms intended for you – enter the code in the “Discount code” field. An order is processed once payment is received. If there is any uncertainty about the delivery address or your details, we will contact you at the phone number provided.
Goods in stock in Vilnius can be inspected before purchase or collected immediately after payment at our office.
Order
If we do not currently have an item in stock, it can be ordered in the same way as a purchase. Delivery of these items will take somewhat longer, but all other terms remain the same. We will inform you when the goods are dispatched. If you have special instructions or want to confirm the delivery time, we recommend calling before paying for the goods.
Pristatymas
Goods are shipped through third-party service providers (couriers, carriers). We are not responsible for delivery delays of third-party shipments that occur through no fault of ours.
Returns
Defective goods can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Goods of good quality can, if necessary, be exchanged for others. For specific cases, please contact us by phone first. In case of misunderstandings regarding the descriptions or photos on the website, please contact us in writing (by post, e-mail or through the website form) within less than 14 calendar days and provide a reasoned explanation if the item did not meet your expectations. The case will be examined, we will contact you and the problem will be resolved. In such a case it is necessary to preserve the item’s appearance and packaging.
