By selecting goods and clicking “Buy”, you agree to the stated package contents, description and price. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us in the way that suits you. An order is processed once payment by bank transfer to the account of UAB “GeoNovus” stated in the order confirmation has been completed successfully. If there is any uncertainty about the delivery address or your details, we will contact you by the phone number or e-mail provided.
Goods that are in stock in Vilnius can be inspected before purchase or collected immediately after payment at our office at S. Žukausko g. 17, Vilnius.
Order
If we do not currently have an item in stock, it can be ordered in the same way as a purchase. Delivery of these items may take somewhat longer, but all other terms remain the same – we will inform you separately about the dispatch of the goods. If you have special instructions or want to confirm the delivery time, we recommend contacting us before paying for the goods.
Returns and exchanges
Defective goods can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, goods of good quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item has not been used or damaged and its appearance, original packaging and all package components have been preserved. For specific cases, please contact us by phone or e-mail first.
In case of misunderstandings regarding the descriptions or photos on the website, please contact us in writing (by post, e-mail or through the website contact form) within less than 14 calendar days and provide a reasoned explanation if the item did not meet your expectations. Each case will be examined, we will contact you and the problem will be resolved.
Returned or exchanged goods are sent to S. Žukausko g. 17, 08234 Vilnius, or returned by handing them in at our office. Money for returned goods is refunded by the same method by which the payment was made, within the time limits provided by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
